Previously, Ms. Kelley served as executive director of the Florida Transportation Commission and financial manager for the Florida Department of Transportation’s $36 billion work program.

Edward L. Johnson has more than 20 years experience in the transportation industry including 13 prior years with LYNX. Previously, he was the chief administrative officer (CAO) for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).

Nicola Liquori, Executive Director of SunRail
Before her appointment to Sunrail, Nicola Liquori was the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, which operates state toll roads and SunPass.

Carolyn M. Fennell, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority’s director of public affairs, went from working the international news desk with ABC in London, to being a publicist at Walt Disney World, to watching OIA grow from 6 million passengers a year, processing travelers in a renovated Quonset hut, to the 35 million currently coming through, what Carolyn believes, “is one of the world’s greatest airports.”
